“The most comfortable shoes I ever owned”
– Lots of people
Atheist Berlin is kick starter sponssored project, in which I am part from the very birth moment. Dark humor, vintage whiskey and comfortable living filled our enthusiasm cup and inspired the creation of the brand design. For the most comfortable shoes with meaningful and distinct style, we wanted to develop web page, which would embody the Bauhaus movement. Working with geometrical shapes in black and red colours, was establishing the Berlin connection with the brand. The black hole logo became the main symbol of the Atheist-Berlin shoes.
Our aim was to create simple tabloit style UX design with blog and shop sections. For the history and blog pages we used classical film noir inspired images, which gave the overall brand design classical feel. For the smaller elements and gift certificates I created Monty Python inspired imagery.
